Circulation Policy

Glenn Science and Engineering Library holds more than 77,000 scientific and technical books primarily in the fields of aeronautics, space, materials science, physics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, and telecommunications. There are also selections in administration, Business, management, and personnel; all accessible through the NASA Galaxie online catalog.

Patron Privileges

Circulation of Library materials is available to all onsite badged employees of NASA Glenn Research Center.

Visitor badges do not qualify for library privileges. Visitors wishing to use the Library must make an appointment by calling Susan Oberc at 3-5776. Visitors are asked to contact their local public library to request a loan of NASA Glenn books.

Retirees designated as Distinguished Research Associates (DRA) or those who now hold Support Service Contractor (SSC) badges may use all Library services after updating thier patron registration to reflect the new status. Please contact Judy Berzinsky at the Circulation Desk for more information. Retirees not falling in to the above categories may still use the on-site Library facilities as visitors (see instructions above).
